Wine Dinner x Château Biac on 14th Sept to mark 10 years of The Shed

As part of the 10-year celebrations, The Shed we are teaming up with Friends Château Biac to throw a Wine Dinner on Wednesday 14th September. Expect fine wines alongside a seasonal tasting menu fit for a party.

Director Richard Gladwin and Biac Owner Yasmina Asseily’s friendship dates back beyond 10 years so it felt only right to throw a party alongside this wine producer.  Guests will enjoy a selection of the vineyard’s wines, introduced by Yasmina herself, alongside a five-course Local & Wild menu designed by Exec Chef, Oliver Gladwin. In true Gladwin Brothers style, the menu will showcase seasonal British produce harvested from our farm in West Sussex, farms nearby, hedgerows, and the surrounding woodland and coast.

Château Biac dates back to the 17th Century with a long tradition and established reputation for making outstanding wines. This reputation has been enhanced and improved ever since the Asseily family bought the estate in 2006.

The evening will begin at 7 pm with a glass of Nutty Vintage on arrival, a sparkling wine from the Gladwin family's boutique vineyard in West Sussex. Guests are then seated as their host for the evening introduces themselves and, of course, the wine from the prestigious Château Biac vineyard . Experience a guided tour of exceptional food and wine - altogether a true expression of why The Shed all started 10 years ago,

Tickets priced at £75.00 per person and they're on sale now! Purchase them HERE.
