We are serving guests on our covered, heated terrace from April 14th for lunch and dinner every Wednesday - Saturday. Our spring menu is an expression of British seasonal produce sourced from independent and sustainable suppliers, including Oxford Sandy and Black pork from our west Sussex farm.
Head chef Lewis de Haas serves vibrant, fresh dishes that follow zero waste principles, highlighting the beauty of fresh, local ingredients in their entirety across the menu.
Expect a menu laden with seasonal vegetables like asparagus and Jersey Royals, fresh fish like plaice, and high-welfare meat like Sussex hand-reared pork. One of our menu's heroes is the AAA Maldon Rock oysters, served with unique garnishes like English wasabi and ginger, which we're shucking to order from a homemade oyster stand made by upcycling an old wine barrel.
Our small plates menu is ideal for experiencing a range of dishes designed to share. The menu has an even spread across veg, meat and fish with locals' favourite sweet of honeycomb crunchie to delight any diner!
Join us from Wednesday - Saturday from 12pm till 9pm.
