As part of the 10-year celebrations, The Shed we are teaming up with Friends Château Biac to throw a Wine Dinner on Wednesday 14th September. Richard Gladwin and Biac Owner Yasmina Asseily’s friendship dates back beyond 10 years so it felt only right to throw a party alongside this wine producer. We will be trying a selection of the vineyard’s wines, introduced by Yasmina herself, alongside a five-course Local & Wild menu designed by Exec Chef, Oliver Gladwin. In true Gladwin Brothers style, the menu will showcase seasonal British produce harvested from our farm in West Sussex, farms nearby, hedgerows, and the surrounding woodland and coast.
