On this particular evening, Yasmina from Château Biac, who has worked with the brothers for 10 years, joined us and paired her beautiful wines with the seasonal tasting menu.

Our generous summer menu at The Shed is a sensational expression of this season's best produce. Nutbourne tomatoes make a star appearance with homemade pasta dishes of lasagnette, chili, and Rachel's goat's cheese. Also, find them served in a steamed mussels dish with garlic and a parsley crumb.
