This Thanksgiving, gather your friends and family at The Shed in Notting Hill, London, for an evening of warmth, flavour and celebration. Our chefs have created a four-course menu that honours the spirit of the holiday while staying true to our Local & Wild philosophy, showcasing the very best of autumn’s produce with a playful nod to tradition.
The feast begins with a Mushroom Marmite Éclair and a comforting Hot Artichoke and Pecorino Dip with Crispbread, followed by a rich Sweetcorn and Brown Crab Chowder with Gladwin Chorizo and Almonds. The main event is a Bacon-Wrapped Roasted Turkey Ballotine with Chestnut and Pork Stuffing, Roast Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables. To finish, enjoy a festive Pumpkin Tart crowned with a Witch’s Marshmallow Hat.
To make the occasion even more special, we’ll be pouring a beautiful American wine for the evening: the Smoking Loon Old Vine Zinfandel from Napa Valley, chosen for its bold character and perfect pairing with the menu.
