Pasta Making Masterclass with Chef Antonio

There are evenings that make you feel like you've actually done something. This is one of them.

On Wednesday 16th June, The Shed is opening its doors to just eight guests for an intimate pasta making masterclass with Executive Chef Antonio. Over two to three hours, you'll go from a pile of flour and eggs to two beautiful handmade pasta dishes — and then sit down and eat them. With wine. In Notting Hill. Not a bad Wednesday.

How the evening unfolds

Arrive at 6pm and settle in with a glass of Nutbourne's Nutty Wild sparkling wine while Antonio walks you through the plan for the evening. Then it's straight to work.

Everything you need is already laid out on the table — flour, eggs, semolina, water — and Antonio will guide you through making the dough from scratch before shaping two classic pastas: tortelli filled with goat's cheese and truffle, and tagliatelle to serve with a Gladwin lamb ragù.

While Antonio takes over the final cooking, you'll be served antipasti: bruschetta with Nutbourne tomatoes and burrata with bread. By the time your pasta arrives at the table, you'll have earned every bite. A glass of house red or white comes with it.

What's included

All ingredients and materials, a welcome glass of Nutty Wild, antipasti, your pasta dinner and a glass of wine with the meal.

Good to know

Places are limited to eight guests, making this a proper hands-on experience rather than a demonstration. No prior experience needed — Antonio will take care of that.

Tickets are £55 per person plus a service charge, payable at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
