Introducing our seafood platter


Some dishes are made for lingering over. This is one of them.


From Monday 18th May, The Shed is launching a seafood platter that we've been quietly excited about for a while. It arrives at the table as a proper spread: scallop ceviche, oysters, langoustine, mussels, hand-picked crab and octopus, with a bottle of Nutbourne Pinot Gris included. The kind of thing you order in the middle of the table and let the afternoon take care of itself.


Our Nutbourne Pinot Gris is a natural choice alongside it. Made in West Sussex by The Gladwin family, it is crisp, lightly aromatic and exactly what you want with a plate of fresh seafood in the sun.


At £79 with the wine included, it works out as one of the more generous things on offer in Notting Hill right now. Order it for two, split it between four, or treat yourself to the full thing on a long Friday lunch. There is no wrong way to do it.


The platter is available for lunch and dinner every day at The Shed, 122 Palace Gardens Terrace, Notting Hill. No special occasion required.
