Our New Year’s Eve menu, £98 per person
The night begins with a glass of Nutty Vintage, Nutbourne Vineyards’ 2018 sparkling wine from our family vineyard in Sussex. Then come mushroom Marmite éclairs with confit egg yolk, and, if you’re celebrating in true style, an Exmoor caviar blini with crème fraîche (+£18).
Next, torched squash carpaccio with kale pesto and candied stem ginger, alongside an endive, pear and blue cheese salad. The main event is our Sussex beef Wellington with wild mushrooms and red wine jus, served with crispy rosemary potatoes and Brussels sprout salad. Finish with 70% dark chocolate mousse, hazelnut praline and a cranberry fruit pastel.
Pescatarian and vegetarian versions are available.

At 9pm, our live band takes over and carries you all the way to midnight. Cosy up in the heated terrace under the lights or stay inside close to the music.
