The three of us were brought up on a vineyard and farm in West Sussex. When school was over, Gregory chose farming; Oliver became a chef; and Richard went into hospitality. We noticed that these professions make the perfect food cycle, so decided to go into business together. Please note, during busier days any reservations made for lunch, brunch or early dinner (up until 18:45) are allocated for a duration of 90 minutes at the table. Tables booked from 19:00 onward will get two hours at the table.
