Serve More Veg, Better Meat

A The Shed we want to create exceptional dishes using the best British ingredients. We are also working closely with the SRA (Sustainable Restaurant Association) to make sure we are running the most sustainable restaurant in Notting hill. As we work with seasonal ingredients we really can experiment with some incredibly delicious, fresh wild vegetables and make these the star of the dish. We are also introducing the option to add meat to any of our dishes, so essentially flipping the conventional menu on its head. All our meat is the best of British and reared on our farm in Sussex and then brought to Notting hill or sourced by our local suppliers.
